Orders
When you place an order, please provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may contact you to confirm your order details, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.
An order is considered confirmed once JADAL accepts and confirms it. We may cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or information error, or if the delivery details cannot be confirmed.
Prices and Shipping
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds. Shipping fees are separate and depend on the delivery location. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and Egyptian Post operations.
Exchanges
JADAL offers exchanges only. Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions explained in our Exchange Policy.
