We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.
For size or color exchanges, the customer is responsible for the exchange delivery cost.
If your item has a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong item, JADAL will arrange the replacement and cover the full exchange delivery cost.
JADAL currently offers exchanges only. Cash refunds are not available. You can still change your size or color so you get the fit and option that work best for you.
To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +20 15 52296811. Include your order number and the size or color you would like. If the item has a defect or is incorrect, please include clear photos. Please wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
