Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products available in our store.

Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted via WhatsApp.

Once the request is approved, the process will take up to 4 working days, and our team will contact the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Additional shipping fees will be charged for exchanges or returns.

In refund, the amount will be transferred via Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay.
